The GTA VI Trailer Got a LEGO Remake — And It Slaps
From Drive-Bys to Brick-Bys
If you thought fans were done obsessing over the GTA VI trailer, think again.
One mad genius decided that it wasn’t enough to watch the trailer 400 times — they had to rebuild it entirely in LEGO. Every scene. Every shot. Every glittering Vice City moment rendered in little yellow bricks and plastic palm trees.
And somehow? It works. It really works.
The project took 3 months, used Blender for animation, and possibly cost the animator their sanity — but the result is a shot-for-shot LEGO parody of the original reveal, complete with explosions, strip clubs, alligators, and Jason looking intense while shaped like a Funko Pop.
Why the Internet Can’t Get Enough
It’s screen-accurate — You can literally sync it with the real trailer
It’s hilarious — Lucia in LEGO cuffs is both tragic and adorable
It shows insane dedication — The hurricane scene? Made of spinning blue bricks
Even the music syncs — “Love Is a Long Road” hits extra hard when sung to a minifig
Reddit loves it — r/GTA6 and r/lego are losing their tiny collective minds
Honestly, it’s the kind of wholesome psychosis the internet was made for.
My Take
When I saw someone had LEGO’d the GTA VI trailer, I laughed. When I watched it, I wept. And when I watched it again — I considered buying a LEGO bank vault.
This isn’t just a tribute. It’s a declaration: “We love crime. And we love bricks. Deal with it.”
Honestly, Rockstar should hire this person, or at least send them a cease-and-desist that ends with “This was amazing. Please stop. But also, never stop.”
