It still doesn't turn the Yacht into a business.

No.
Owning a Galaxy Super Yacht unlocks A Superyacht Life, a series of missions that can be played solo or cooperatively with up to four players. Those missions are paying 2X GTA$ & RP this week.
That's a nice temporary bonus.
It does not transform the Yacht into an Acid Lab wearing deck shoes.
There is no passive production empire humming beneath the jacuzzi. You're not buying stock, converting supplies into product or recovering millions through regular business sales.
You are buying a luxury property with associated missions and amenities.
If your objective is return on investment, there are vastly better places to put several million GTA dollars.
If your objective is owning an absurd floating palace because you've already robbed half of San Andreas, the financial argument becomes rather less relevant.
Which Yacht Should You Buy?
The Orion at GTA$2.4M is the cheapest way into Yacht ownership and A Superyacht Life.
The Pisces costs GTA$2.8M this week and adds a second helipad, hot tub and a larger collection of included vehicles.
The flagship Aquarius costs GTA$3.2M, down from GTA$8M, and includes two helipads, a SuperVolito Carbon helicopter, Toro, Dinghy and four Seasharks.
From a purely financial perspective, buy the Orion.
From a Yacht perspective?
You are already spending millions on a boat that cannot be freely sailed around the map. Financial restraint left the building several paragraphs ago.
At only GTA$800K more than the discounted Orion, the Aquarius becomes considerably easier to justify if you're buying a Yacht specifically because you want the full ridiculous Yacht experience.
