Your first Kortz Center Heist after the weekly reset remains one of the strongest single paydays in GTA Online, and this week Rockstar has added fresh Primary Targets, reset the first-completion opportunity and is offering an extra GTA$400,000 if you complete the Heist without dying.
After that, complete five Security Contracts before October 7 and Rockstar will send you another GTA$500,000 within 72 hours.
The Contracts themselves are not doubled.

The Kortz Center Heist is built around a much stronger first weekly completion, with repeat runs falling dramatically afterwards.

That no-death requirement changes the strategy slightly.
Normally greed is already your biggest enemy in the Kortz Center.
Now greed can also cost you GTA$400,000.
So perhaps do not sprint across the museum because you spotted another painting worth less than the suspension on the getaway car.
Stealth.
Take sensible secondary loot.
Leave.
Professional criminals maximise profit.
Amateurs see one more loot marker and suddenly develop the decision-making abilities of a Labrador inside a butcher shop.

Complete Five Security Contracts and Take Rockstar’s GTA$500K
This is the easiest guaranteed bonus of the week.
Complete five Security Contracts before October 7 and Rockstar will award GTA$500,000 within 72 hours.
The Contracts themselves still pay their normal rates.
Our testing puts them roughly between GTA$31,000 and GTA$70,000, depending on difficulty, with the better jobs capable of producing around GTA$350K-430K per hour when run efficiently.
So five strong Contracts can already earn several hundred thousand dollars before Rockstar deposits the extra half-million.
That makes this less a grind and more a loyalty card.
Complete five mildly annoying private-security jobs and your sixth coffee is worth GTA$500,000.

The strongest repeatable event multipliers this week are 3X GTA$ and RP.

Unlike races, where your income may depend on whether the lobby contains twelve Formula One prodigies and Kevin driving backwards, Survivals give you a reasonably understandable objective:

Shoot everything that disagrees.
Collect money.
Elegant.
I wouldn't rebuild your entire GTA Online economy around them, but once the guaranteed bonuses are handled, 3X Survivals are absolutely worth using as filler or as the main event if you actually like them.

Complete every Weekly Challenge through November 4 and Rockstar will award GTA$2,000,000 within 72 hours.
This week's requirement is the two Bail Office Bounties.
So even if you normally couldn't care less about the Weekly Challenge, do it.
Two bounties now keeps the GTA$2 million chain alive.
