HITMAN Season of Patient Zero Requiem: Milla Jovovich’s Biohazard Elusive Target Is 2026’s Deadliest Update

TL;DR

  • Milla Jovovich is your new biotech nemesis

  • Thornbridge Manor fundraiser mission

  • €4.99 DLC with gas masks, pistols, sickles and corporate cheat codes

  • Twitch Drops in extremely murder-friendly purple

  • Two IOI ducks because sanity is optional

  • Bruce Lee returns

  • Sniper and speedrun challenges

  • Berlin Egg Hunt in April

Spring 2026 isn’t blooming.

It’s detonating.

There are seasonal roadmaps.

And then there is Season of Patient Zero Requiem, which looks less like a content update and more like IOI handing Agent 47 the keys to a biotech doomsday gala.

From February 25th onward, Hitman: World of Assassination unleashes a new Celebrity Elusive Target: Lilith Devereux, played by Milla Jovovich.

Cold. Calm. CEO of Ether Biotech. Potential extinction-level event in heels.

And naturally, 47 has been invited to the fundraiser.

What could possibly go wrong?

Before you infiltrate Thornbridge like a bald aristocrat with anger issues, do yourself a favour. Grab Hitman: World of Assassination on Amazon and experience biotech sabotage properly. While you’re there, consider a Rubber Duck Bath Toy (yes, the weaponised kind) and a Black Tactical Turtleneck so you can look financially stable while ruining fictional lives.

If you’re new here, start with our Crime Reviews hub and learn how to commit virtual felonies with confidence.

The Big Score: Lilith Devereux at Thornbridge Manor

The new Elusive Target drops February 25th and runs until March 24th.

47 infiltrates Thornbridge Manor during an Ether fundraiser to dismantle Lilith’s rise to power and whatever apocalyptic nonsense she’s quietly funding behind champagne flutes.

If you launch the Elusive Target, you complete Under New Management and unlock:

The Urban Maverick with Gloves suit

Investment banker meets tactical menace. Turtleneck. Leather overcoat. Gloves. The sort of outfit that says “I manage portfolios” but also “I manage bodies.”

And yes, it’s spectacular.

Free Demo vs One-Chance Execution

IOI has split this into two flavors of panic:

World of Assassination owners

You get the classic one-chance-only Elusive Target. Fail, and Lilith vanishes like your dignity after a silent assassin run gone wrong.

Free Demo players

You can play The Contagion, a two-level Arcade contract featuring Jovovich’s character.

Fail? You restart from level one and wait 30 minutes. It’s like detention, but with silenced pistols.

The Patient Zero Requiem Pack (€4.99)

IOI also launches a DLC pack priced at €4.99, which is frankly cheaper than a suspiciously watered-down fundraiser cocktail.

It includes:

Breach Response Gear

All-black tactical ensemble with gas mask. You look like you’ve come to disinfect humanity.

Bartoli 75S “Lucky Knight”

13-round magazine. Weighted recoil panels. Very lucky for you. Historically disastrous for everyone else.

Sickle Sacrificus

An ornate crescent-moon sickle. Subtle. Elegant. Entirely unreasonable.

Manypass

Flash it at a keycard reader and walk through like you own the place. Corporate espionage, now streamlined.

Plus Freelancer Safehouse cosmetics and the Arcade contract bundled in.

For five euros, that’s disturbingly generous.

Twitch Drops: Purple Murder Accessories

Because nothing says elite assassin like color coordination.

Purple Streak Screwdriver

Watch 30 minutes of HITMAN on Twitch between Feb 25 and March 19.

Purple Easter Egg

Watch 30 minutes between April 2 and April 23.

Link your IOI account. Watch streamers do your job worse than you. Profit.

If Lilith’s fundraiser has you feeling underdressed, correct that immediately. A Men’s Black Overcoat, a Gas Mask Costume Respirator are all available on Amazon.

IOI Account Rewards: The Weaponized Duck Initiative

Two exclusive ducks. Because this franchise understands priorities.

The In-flu-ential Duck

An emetic gas proximity duck in an evening gown with a spider necklace. Yes, that is a sentence I just wrote. Unlock by playing The Harbinger or The Contagion between Feb 25 and March 24.

The Tracksuit Duck

Yellow tracksuit. Maximum drip.Unlock by playing The Infiltrator or The Dragon between March 25 and April 26. If you’re not eliminating targets with couture poultry, are you even trying?

Returning Chaos: Bruce Lee & ET Reruns

March 25th sees the return of The Infiltrator, featuring the martial arts legend himself.

Bruce Lee returns to the World of Assassination, as Agent Lee infiltrates Concord Union to eliminate Jiaolong Wu.

Also returning:

The Heartbreaker

The Broker

The Fixer

The Collector

The Forger

This roadmap isn’t a schedule. It’s a body count forecast.

New Challenges: Anniversary Mayhem

To celebrate 10 years of HITMAN (2016), IOI sends us back to the ICA Facility for Initiate’s First Speedrun. Complete it and earn the Tactical Turtleneck With Gloves.

Then there’s Quintuple Trouble on March 25, focusing on sniper collateral and ammo efficiency. Which translates to: miss less, panic less, reload less.

Still here?

Good. Because if you’re going full biotech apocalypse, you might as well own the Bruce Lee Blu-ray Collection, a Professional Lock Picking Practice Set, and a Yellow Tracksuit Costume that would make even the IOI duck nervous. Then dive into our Villain Protagonist features and embrace the chaos properly.

FAQ

When does the Lilith Devereux Elusive Target go live? The Celebrity Elusive Target featuring Milla Jovovich launches on February 25th and runs until March 24th. After that, she disappears like your confidence after blowing a Silent Assassin rating. If you miss the window, that’s it. No polite reminder. No second chance. Just regret.
Do I need to own HITMAN World of Assassination to play this mission? Yes, if you want the true one-shot Elusive Target experience where failure actually hurts. However, the Free Demo lets you play The Contagion Arcade contract during the same period. You can retry it, but with a cooldown, like the game gently telling you to calm down and reconsider your life choices.
What’s included in the Patient Zero Requiem Pack and is it worth it? For €4.99 you get Breach Response Gear, the Lucky Knight pistol, the Sickle Sacrificus, the Manypass gadget, Freelancer cosmetics, and the Arcade contract. That’s a gas mask, a stylish handgun, a ritualistic farming tool and a corporate bypass card for the price of a mediocre sandwich. Yes, it’s worth it. Don’t overthink this.
How do the Twitch Drops work? Link your IOI account to Twitch, watch 30 minutes of anyone playing HITMAN during the active drop periods, and the game hands you a purple screwdriver or a purple Easter egg. It’s essentially being rewarded for watching someone else panic in a tuxedo.
What are the IOI Account duck rewards? They are exactly what they sound like: proximity gas ducks in increasingly unhinged outfits. One wears an evening gown and spider necklace. Another rocks a yellow tracksuit like it’s about to sprint into organized crime. Play the specified Elusive Targets during their windows, link your IOI account, and the ducks become yours. Civilization may crumble, but at least your inventory will look fabulous.

About Me
558296546_2180920959098419_5393229836138433861_n.jpg

I’m Niels Gys. Writer, gamer, and professional defender of fictional criminals. On screen only. Relax. I front JETBLACK SMILE, a rock ’n’ roll band from Belgium that sounds like bad decisions set to loud guitars. Turns out the mindset for writing about crime, chaos, and villain energy translates surprisingly well to music.

Here I run CRIMENET GAZETTE, a site dedicated to crime, heist, and villain-protagonist games, movies, and series. Not the wholesome kind. Not the heroic kind. The kind where you rob banks, make bad decisions, and enjoy every second of it.

CRIMENET exists because too much coverage is polite, bloodless, and terrified of having an opinion. Here, villains matter. Criminal fantasies are taken seriously. And mediocrity gets mocked without mercy.

I don’t do safe scores or corporate enthusiasm. I do sharp analysis, savage humor, and verdicts that feel like charge sheets. If something nails the fantasy of being dangerous, clever, or morally questionable, I’ll praise it. If it wastes your time, I’ll bury it.

CRIMENET isn’t neutral. It sides with chaos, competence, and fun.
Think less “trusted reviewer,” more “your inside man in the digital underworld.”

I’m not here to save the world.

I’m here to tell you which crimes are worth committing. 🤘
